Privacy and advertising tracking

Information you provide

When you request an estimate through our website form or estimate chat, we collect your name, phone number, optional email, property address, town, state and ZIP code, requested service, project description and the timing or contact preferences you supply. We use this information to review your request and contact you about the work. A request does not book an appointment.

We also record a request identifier and submission time, and available referral information such as your arrival page, referral source and campaign labels. Advertising click identifiers (for example from a Google, Meta or OpenAI ad) are saved or sent with a request only if you have accepted optional tracking. This information helps route inquiries, avoid duplicate processing and understand where requests originate.

How requests are handled

Cloudflare hosts our website and stores website intake records. SingleOps manages service inquiries. Resend sends an internal notification containing request details to our business Gmail mailbox. Staff use these records to review and follow up on inquiries. The website intake itself does not automatically book an appointment or send a customer email or text.

Cloudflare, as our host, also measures page loads and site performance. This hosting measurement is not controlled by Privacy choices.

Analytics and advertising

Our website configuration includes Google Analytics, Google Ads, the Meta Pixel and OpenAI advertising measurement. These tools load only after you accept optional tracking. If you decline or make no choice, this website does not load them. Once loaded, they can receive page addresses, website activity such as phone-link clicks and estimate-related events, advertising or cookie identifiers, and browser or network information. Depending on the tool, cookies or similar technologies support analytics, advertising measurement and, depending on provider settings and applicable choices, advertising targeting. Even after you accept, this website signals Google that its data must not be used for ad personalization.

The existing Meta Pixel configuration enables automatic matching. It may process contact information available through website interactions, such as names, email addresses or phone numbers, to match activity with Meta accounts. Hashing identifiers does not make them anonymous. An estimate-conversion event can also include a request identifier; this is distinct from an estimate being booked or accepted as a job.

Your choices

On your first visit, choose Accept or Decline for optional tracking. You can change that choice at any time with the Privacy choices button at the bottom of every page. Requesting an estimate, using the estimate chat and calling work the same either way. If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal, optional tracking stays off. Declining does not remove cookies that were set earlier or delete records already held by providers.

Browser settings can limit cookies or delete locally stored information. Google offers My Ad Center and an Analytics opt-out browser add-on; Meta provides advertising preferences. These settings have their own scope and do not necessarily stop all website measurement or delete records already held by Timber Falls or its providers.

Information storage

Estimate details and processing references are stored in our website intake system, SingleOps and office notifications. This browser stores your privacy choice and a marker that prevents a request from being counted twice. Campaign attribution is kept in browser storage only after you accept optional tracking.
